Parks, playgrounds, and trails open on the first Monday of May, weather permitting, and close on the first Monday of October. Any use prior to the opening date will be at your own risk.
The Waterfront Trail runs along Lakeshore Road to the west of the Municipality and to Gage’s Creek to the east. The Waterfront Trail features benches, bird feeders, and gazebos and pays tribute to the community leaders who played key roles in the trail's development including the Peter Huffman Trail, Rod Parrott Monarch Waystation Garden, and the A.K. Sculthorpe Memorial Woodland Marsh.
Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please remember to carry out any waste.
