Garbage and recycling is the responsibility of Northumberland County. Garbage disposal at the Hope Transfer Station is available to Port Hope Rural Ward residents only. Residents in the Urban Area of Port Hope receive curbside garbage pick up.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Closed Sunday and Thursdays
